Meet Andrea
She believes in this because she’s lived it.
Andrea sees a home as more than an address. It can be the setting for a life—and sometimes part of the foundation beneath it.

Growing up, Andrea watched her parents stay in the same house for a long time because moving felt scary. They had built value in their home, but taking the next step felt uncertain.
She eventually understood that their house was doing much more than providing a roof. It became almost like The Giving Tree of their family story. As the family built value in the home, that ownership helped create options when life happened.
With guidance from appropriate professionals, her family was able to access funds through a HELOC for college, a first car, and important life expenses. That experience shaped the way Andrea sees homeownership today.
A home can hold children, holidays, and memories. It may also become part of a family’s financial foundation. Your first house does not have to be your dream house. Buying it can simply be the beginning of the story.
One of Andrea’s favorite moments is handing first-time buyers the keys. Later, when those clients need another bedroom, a bigger yard, different schools, a new city, or simply something new, she gets to help write the next chapter too.
